Fantastic location in Saltburn-by-the-Sea just next door to major hike in prices, the restaurant which during a storm is n't ideal and storage space.

Greatly enjoyed the way our superior queen room was. This hotel was located in a central area just next door to the seafront and town, the beach and surrounding countryside and Saltburn and Staithes. On the whole brilliant food; Spices was in the vicinity.

Immaculately clean and the staff was competent and excellent. The rooms were new-fashioned and freshly decorated with the glass above for a century, the bathroom, for instance, that's all we needed. Central location of this great downtown hotel was a bonus. And it was at a walking distance from Brockley Hall Restaurant, ate there couple of times. We truly enjoyed the good restaurant and the food was exceptional. The whole experience was really really nice from start to finish, would be happy to recommend.

The location is marvellous and stunning, close enough to sea front, a conservatory, with the best views of the sea and a beautiful clean beach and beautiful coastal walk, we appreciated it.

We greatly enjoyed service and food, it had everything that we wanted for our holiday. Vista Mar was 10 mins walk away. The location was right by a boat dock, easy for getting around Saltburn-by-the-Sea.
